1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Ready Index website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AI Ready Index provides diagnostic tools and a public web directory showing whether websites have configured sitemaps, robots.txt, and LLM discovery context (such as llms.txt). The directory, index lists, and scores are accessible to the public.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to abuse our indexing system. Specifically, you agree:

• Not to automate submissions through scripts, scrapers, or botnets unless explicitly authorized.
• Not to submit domains that you know contain illegal, malicious, or harmful content.
• Not to attempt to bypass rate-limiting, authentication controls, or other security features.

4. Intellectual Property & Submission Rights

By submitting a domain name to AI Ready Index, you warrant that the domain name is public and that you are authorized to request an analysis of its public configurations. The scores, audits, and consolidated datasets generated by our system remain the intellectual property of AI Ready Index.

5. Featured Placement and Payments

AI Ready Index may offer paid featured placements in selected areas of the website, including the homepage featured carousel. Featured placement is available only for websites that are already listed in the index and have an AI Readiness Score of at least 75/100 at the time of purchase.

• A featured placement runs for 30 days from successful payment confirmation.
• The one-time placement price is 5 EUR.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. AI Ready Index does not store card numbers or full payment credentials.
• Featured placement does not change the website's AI Readiness Score, ranking logic, audit results, or public report.
• We may decline, remove, or end a placement if the submitted domain is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, or no longer meets the eligibility requirements.

6. Personal Data and Payment Security

We do not sell personal data and we do not collect more information than needed to operate the public index, prevent abuse, and process featured placement requests. For paid placements, payments are completed through Stripe's secure checkout flow. Stripe may process payment details, billing information, and receipt information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our diagnostic tool performs remote checks as-is. We do not guarantee that the score represents absolute compliance, compatibility, or indexing success in search engines or LLM crawlers. Use our scores and reports at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Ready Index or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from inaccuracies in domain scores.
